By profession, I am the CEO of a global Cloud company in Calgary. I started the business in 2011 and has turned into a very successful venture serving customers in 8 countries as of the year 2019.
Although I achieved great success in my IT company both financially and reputation, it came at a very high price. For years I have been working 14-16 hours a day, 6 days a week. Having written 4 books on cloud technology and being at the top of the corporate ladder, I have fulfilled most of the Canadian dream.
But all the success came at a very high price tag. I have invested so much of me in the company that I completely missed out building a relationship with my now 9 years old daughter. My relationship with my wife suffered as well. I never wanted to be just an ATM machine for my family, but be an active husband and a father.
I prayed for many months for plan B which will not dictate how much I need to work to provide for my family. Mr. Tevon Darbyson came into my life as the answer to my prayer. He helped me to see businesses from a completely different light. His level of knowledge, experience and integrity in building businesses is second to none. Owning a global company myself I quickly realized the magnitude of globalization Mr. Darbyson is involved with. He showed me there is a better way than being a slave to the system.
In three years I have seen him being recognized many times. His genuine care for others success is his main driving force. I got to see first-hand people's life being changed through his leadership and mentorship. He is very much selective whom he works with, but people who he does work with and who accepts his leadership unquestionably achieves great success.
